Food Leads is partnering with Produce Perks Midwest to offer our meal kits to neighbors who meet eligibility criteria for the TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) program.

Eligible families will receive a meal kit delivered to their home every week for 16 weeks.

Food Leads meal kits are diabetic friendly, heart healthy, and flavorful! While our meals focus on being chronic disease friendly, they are also great for anyone wanting to improve their overall nutrition, increase consumption of fresh fruits & vegetables, try new recipes, or merely have the convenience of a meal kit!

Each meal kit contains enough servings to feed a family of 4.

We have completed enrollment for the current grant cycle and unfortunately are not able to enroll any additional families at this time. Check back in early July 2025 to see if we are enrolling again.
